Not to mention years of getting away with massive cheating and the whole world knowing about it. It's like they could kill a bus load of handicapped children and they would somehow be rewarded. How can a black student attend UNC? They created a fake department with fake classes and fake degrees. For majority white departments, they hired the best professors, bought the finest equipment, and contructed state of the art facilities. Why isn't Reverend Al Sharton and his National Action Network and Reverend Jesse Jackson and his Operation Shove protesting and marching on UNC campus?
This is a good question,without an easy answer.They handed out diplomas that had less value than a buy one get one free coupon at McDonald's but they were diplomas none the less
What UNC did was similar to a preacher sending off for a mail order Doctor of Divinity and claiming to have an theological education. It is a $25 diploma and not worth the paper it is written on. Same with UNC athletes.
