Lower bowl tickets on the sidelines for as cheap as $12 on the visitors side, upper bowl as low as $6. Both found on Ticketmaster.
Highly thought of young DC from the Rocky Long coaching tree from San Diego St, has been a West Coast guy from his coaching start. Put into a very unfortunate situation what with the Mike Leach(was Leach's DC) death. Trying to transition away from the Air Raid to a more traditional O. Plays a gimmick D(if there's such an animal) in that they'll blitz about every play. Doubt he survives but he's a good, young(only 37) coach who'll resurface as a DC elsewhere. This game is extremely dangerous for UK.Yeah....Zac Arnett was a pretty terrible hire.
Why would it be dangerous?Highly thought of young DC from the Rocky Long coaching tree from San Diego St, has been a West Coast guy from his coaching start. Agree, that's how it SHOULD play out....but will it? Anytime you play anybody on the road at night in the SEC it's dangerous. Miss St is overdue to play beyond their talent level, just about everybody does at some time and St hasn't yet. And what's UK's mentality for this game? While you and I see them cranked up and ready to attack, I can also see them coming out pancake flat. Don't know who their QB will be but Mike Wright came into CWS last year and put 300+ yards of total O on UK. He's a very capable passer and a much better runner than Melton. UK should win but if they aren't focused and motivated it could be a long night. Why would it be dangerous?
Miss St is playing without best 2 offensive players.....just not a good reason we don't win handily (not blowout)
Sadly, we are another rotten season or two away from where they are right now. We are a lot closer to Miss State than Alabama or Georgia.
2012 - It was the last season of Joker Phillips (2-10, 0-8) Final nail in the coffin - a 40-0 home loss to Vanderbilt.I am curious when was Kentucky’s last “rotten” season?
Sure....UK is a bad hire away from back to 2-3 win days.We are a bad hire away from becoming rotten and if this is a bad hire for them they will be down for a while.

Same could be said for about 90% of college football teams, including everyone in the SEC except Alabama and Georgia. We are a lot closer to Miss State than Alabama or Georgia.
Fill up at Kroger (minimum 8 gallons) get 4 free football tickets. All tickets given away are counted toward attendance.Wonder what the prices would be for Miss St at Ky this week ? Ah not much , not give away like state but we would only be slightly better imo

2013 - Mark Stoops first season, also (2-10, 0-8)

The sec office screwed us that year. Almost every team we played was coming off a bye week because of covid. But we were forced to play bama with a lot of our staff and players having covid. We got screwed all year. Just the normal sec taking care of us!!!!2020
Better chill on that till after Saturday.Yeah....Zac Arnett was a pretty terrible hire.
Our overall record with the scheduled played was 5-6....So 8-4 in a normal year is rotten?
Seems like high standards
Our overall record with the scheduled played was 5-6....
Hater's math. So, in the last 11 seasons, twice has Kentucky went (2-10 overall, 0-8 conference) Jokers last season and Stoops 1st season. And somehow 5-6 in the Covid season is worse than that???
Unless I'm mistaken, u6 is playing 11 games against p5 schools in Brohms first season and they very well may go 10-2..11-1.So one game under 500 with an all power 5 schedule is equivalent to the worst seasons in football history?
Seems extreme is all I am saying.
So, outside of Notre Dame & Duke, Louisville is playing no one!Unless I'm mistaken, u6 is playing 11 games against p5 schools in Brohms first season and they very well may go 10-2..11-1.

That would definitely be "big-boy" football.... and not sure we would do very well. But would like to see it, too...It was an ok season considering. Definitely not one of the worst ever.
I'd like to see the sec go to 10 games permanently. It was fun to watch.
Was only speaking of playing P5 conference teams. So, outside of Notre Dame & Duke, Louisville is playing no one!
Here's the Strength of Schedule Rankings:
Louisville SOS: 115
Kentucky SOS: 11
My Cardinals...that's a laugh. Heading for Starkville at 6:30 in the morning. GOCATSNot sure why you injected this into a conversation about what makes a “rotten” season for Kentucky.
But if your cardinals beat Kentucky I will be very surprised.

Isn't that the year we beat VaTech? The sec office screwed us that year. Almost every team we played was coming off a bye week because of covid. But we were forced to play bama with a lot of our staff and players having covid. We got screwed all year. Just the normal sec taking care of us!!!!
Enough of your doomsday nonsense. We're still 5-3 with a good chance at 8-4 in a season where we had to play Bama and UGA. Of course we're closer to Mississippi State than Bama or UGA. The vast majority of teams are too.Sadly, we are another rotten season or two away from where they are right now. We are a lot closer to Miss State than Alabama or Georgia.
Hope you are right. Nothing would make me happier.Enough of your doomsday nonsense. We're still 5-3 with a good chance at 8-4 in a season where we had to play Bama and UGA. Of course we're closer to Mississippi State than Bama or UGA. The vast majority of teams are too.
