I hate to beat up on the kid but my goodness, it's a shame that he's having to play at all, let alone start. He gets abused on almost every passing down. He shouldn't be on the field until he's a junior or senior. We really have to hit the portal hard on the OL or next year may be even worse.

Every word the truth. However he gets zero help from his oc which blows my mind.

Kid's a RS freshman starting like his 3 or 4th game going against maybe the best D in college football. Let him grow up.

He was a long term project from the beginning, not his fault poor recruiting has him on the field 2 years early.
