Throughout this season I've wondered why Maclin hasn't been targeted more, but watching the catch that Brown made along the sidelines (that was doubled checked) I can see why. Maclin had Brown covered better than Vandy's DB's did. There is no reason for 2 receivers to be about a foot apart. It seems as though all we have are Key and Brown who can be trusted to catch a pass. Key was targeted 10 times, brown 4 and Sumo 4 times (mostly after checkdowns). What surprises me is how little we use our tight ends in the passing attack, they combined for 2 targets last night. They've had a combined 9 catches on the season so far. Teams can concentrate on Brown and Key to shut our passing attack completely down, unless someone else steps up.
