Past time for this to happen. Hes behind the curve nowadays.
Oddly enough, there was a thread about WCS gains since he left UK, and some of us pointed out that Rock needed to be replaced ASAP. Of course we were ridiculed, but looks like we were on target.
We need someone on the cutting edge of sports specific/movement specific high performance training. UKMB has the resources to find the best. Make it happen.

I remember before last season MJ was discussing this very subject. They mentioned that they really wanted the S&C coach of the football team to do double duty for the BB team. I'm not sure who he is but they were really impressed with some of the results he was getting.
Erik Korem. Look at the youtube videos of his high performance program. It makes you wonder why MBB held onto Rock as long as they did.
I thank Rock for his service to the program, but I definitely think it was time to part ways -- probably waited a bit too long to do it actually.
I would like to see all UK's athletic programs put on Korem's program. I mean, if it truly is as cutting edge as they say(i believe it to be btw), and is producing results, why not? Korem at the head, with his coordinators, for lack of a better word, responsible for implementing the program to their respective sport. Men's baseball, Men's and women's Tennis, so on and so on.
Wow, I tell you what, I would've loved to see what he could've done with Dakari.

Dakari got flabbier, slower and at the NBA combines they were amazed at his body fat (how high). All the local shows and board posters raved how Dakari looked slimmer (beginning of the year), but the Draft combines showed the truth.
