Even a 5 seed isn't missing the tourney like your favorite coach and his team. LolOk. But it’s not a 3 seed. For the record, I think we will be a 5.

I might need help, but there is no help for you. LolYou need help
The haters are going to hate. If you notice, they are silent after wins. They only come out after losses.I think he has proven alot this year. Been much better than I anticipated a year ago with no coach or no team.
The internet sports doctor has spoken,There are a lot of people saying Pope brought him back to early. After the initial injury he needed season ending surgery but they were hoping for a miracle and tried to have him come back without surgery. But that was never going to be the case. That injury was not going to heal without surgery. His season was done from the get go
I would rather have him with a hurt shoulder and blown layups instead of the alternatives.Definitely his shoulder is an issue, but he's been blowing layups all season.
Disagree. Injuries and recent games matter. The news of Robinson being done and a strong possibility of 1-2 (beat LSU, drop Mizzou and first round SECT) the rest of way doesn’t lock anything up. We could be a 4, but could also very well be a 5. Honestly, there’s not much real difference. Thing is, we’d be 6-9 in the last 15 and down arguably our best player. For NCAAT seeds, you are what you are and not what you were.If they beat lsu they pretty much lock up a 4
While it isn’t normal, a good amount of teams deal with this level of injuries. Our situation is worse than the norm and accentuated because our talent ceiling isn’t extremely high and our depth isn’t very talented. Not a knock or necessarily a bad thing, just is what it is.Ummmnm lmao not quite. Nobody has had the amount of injuries we’ve had this year. Our injury total isn’t normal.
Ain’t that the sad truth. 100% agree. He was god awful yesterday, and we were still a helluva lot better when he was on the court. It’s maddening, but also facts.I would rather have him with a hurt shoulder and blown layups instead of the alternatives.
We need to run the FR in my opinion. We shouldn't be playing for this year at this point. It's time to get better for next yearBrea is better anyway. Just hurts depth because now noah and chandler will have to play more. Noah is very productive on the boards but Chandler will have to get some run, which isn't good.
The committee cares about good wins, we have plenty of those, and Kentucky doesn’t have any bad losses. They will be a 4 seed if they win TuesdayDisagree. Injuries and recent games matter. Your opinion. Mine is a win vs LSU at home solidifies nothing. Win that, get drilled at MU and then if an 8 seed lose in first round of SECT…I’d lay money on a 6 seed before I would a 4. The good wins are there. The leading scorer from most of those good wins isn’t. It’s not nearly as black and white as you seem to think it is…Now here’s the real thing. Not a ton of difference in a 4 or 5. I know everyone has that 5/12 mystique thing, but it’s not really a thing. Oddly enough, as a 4 or 5 we are just an older more experienced version of what our opponent would be.The committee cares about good wins, we have plenty of those, and Kentucky doesn’t have any bad losses. It’s not my opinion I have just been watching what bracket people have been doing, and they all seem to be way higher on Kentucky than a lot of our fans are for some reason.Your opinion. They are basing everything off of the here and now. Right now, yes we are a 4 seed. Beating LSU won’t change that. Losing to Mizzou shouldn’t. Losing in the first game of the SECT probably does, especially factoring in JR being done. Those things all matter. It’s not my opinion I have just been watching what bracket people have been doing, and they all seem to be way higher on Kentucky than a lot of our fans are for some reason.
These comments are shameful and absurd and thank the Lord Mark Pope will never think this way. This is Kentucky. We play to win every game and advance as far as we can. We have never, and will never, throw in the towel on a season. The team members you say are not "worth playing the rest of this season for" (and you did not mention Oweh so I don't know whether you consider him worthy to participate or not) committed to UK on the promise that our coaching staff and our program would give them the best possible chance to win and be successful. If we renege on that, we will never sign another decent player and we should drop the sport altogether. We need to run the FR in my opinion. We shouldn't be playing for this year at this point. It's time to get better for next year
Carr, Brea, Butler, Williams, Almonor won't be back. And imo, Williams and Butler are the only two guys worth playing the rest of this season for. We have to be better next season. 22-13 seasons won't cut it here.
Why do you say we? All you do is dog and belittle the coach and teamI totally agree with this, BUT I’m not sure that SECT win is better than 50/50. We are on the 8/9 line? I guess if we get the 9 then we can get uSC. I’m not sure that a Wednesday win gets the 4. It’ll be close. Honestly, without Robinson and say we finish 2-2 I’m not sure we should be a 4. Hell, we are 5-7 last 12 games.
Quote how I’ve done that. I’m honest. That’s all. If you’re going to make accusations, at least quote my posts where I’ve done that. Why do you say we? All you do is dog and belittle the coach and team

I was just listening to Mike DeCourcey on XM and he said no high level team in the top of the bracket has had as many total injuries as Kentucky and remained relevant.Ummmnm lmao not quite. Nobody has had the amount of injuries we’ve had this year. Our injury total isn’t normal.
Amen. The haters are going to hate. If you notice, they are silent after wins. They only come out after losses.
@KYFOSSIL ...still waiting on the copies of those posts where I "dog and belittle the coach and team". Anything? Why do you say we? All you do is dog and belittle the coach and team
Man you’re looking only at the negative aspect of all this. There’s as reason Kentucky continues to get even 3 seed mentions even now. Their good wins are the best in the country. Kentucky can beat LSU, and their first SEC game is most likely gonan be miss state, Kentucky can beat them. They are basing everything off of the here and now. Right now, yes we are a 4 seed. Rather than it being your opinion, you’re taking someone else’s opinion. I get it. We’re all just speculating obviously. But my speculation is beating LSU at home locks up nothing given the JR news and the real possibility of that LSU game being our last win.
Sure, we can beat them. Could also lose to them. I'm just playing out most likely scenario. Without JR, I think that is beat LSU, lose to Mizzou and then lose to Miss St (if we get the 8). If we don't get the 8 then I think we beat uSC. Either way, if we beat Miss St I certainly think a 3 seed is possible. But the committee is going to factor in JR not being available. I think 4 is the most probable, followed by 5 and then by 3...but at this point it's like 50/30/20 in my mind. All are reasonably likely outcomes.Man you’re looking only at the negative aspect of all this. There’s as reason Kentucky continues to get even 3 seed mentions even now.
