Let’s point out some more inconsistencies in your ridiculous posting. You say she broke a law, but cannot state the law so we can read it to actually apply the few facts we know to the law to see IF she even broke the law. Next, YOU admitted more than once, that there exist undefined “circumstances” where you believe the law you cannot cite would permit her to video another (suggesting videoing a rape in the locker room would be permissible, but not saying what other factors YOU would accept, let alone the unknown law).
If you had any legal training at all, you would know that first you need to know IF there is a law. Then, you need to know the elements of the law. And, then, you need to know all of the facts to apply the facts to the elements to even see if a law was violated. Finally, there is prosecutor discretion, which you seem to agree with when you admit there are justifiable “circumstances” where even you would let a woman video in the locker room, if that is a violation of an Alaska statute.
So, the fact that people cannot say whether they would prosecute is TOTALLY justified. You are the one evading the issues in this thread over an issue that is not relevant for the purpose of having false outrage against those with whom you disagree.
