First of all let me say winning Basketball titles is fun across the board but having said that. Is some titles more fun than others simply by the way they happen. For instance and this is for most of us older fellows, the 78 and 96 title where great but there where alot of pressure those years to win it. The 98 title under Tubby remains my favorite mostly because I don't think anyone really expected much from us that year. I know this sounds crazy but as a Ky fan I like going into the tourney as a slight underdog. I remember the final four run Brandon Knights team made and how much fun it was taking down N.Carolina and Ohio St. as both those teams where favored. The 2012 team came out with alot of swag and hung together thru everything. To tell the truth I'm kinda excited that we are going to need a couple of Ky. kids to step up this year in order to become a team that could win a title all though it's not probable. We will lose some games early this coming season but the end and the fun is all that matters right ?

'98 is one of my favorite title teams and I think it's bc it was such an unbelievable run. However, 2012 is my 2nd favorite. From knocking out 3 rivals along the way to all the players, it was another incredible run. I think I like the runs of 2011 and 2014 bc they were unexpected and less pressure. In '14, when UK beat UL everything was gravy after that. My expectations going into this year will be Sweet 16 but you'll have a lot of fans angry this upcoming season thanks to the title run falling short
