Refs need to be accountable for how they call games

Everyone needs to see the big picture. SEC officiating is biased towards us, see, because it sucks so bad that when we actually get competent refs in the tournament we make deep runs into March.

Agreed. A bump on the drive on one end should be called on both ends. Or not called. Be freaking consistent.

It's not just the foul calls, it's also who they are against. It's like these guys got together and discussed what guys need to be in foul trouble to limit UK. I know I'm just biased but these guys need kicked in the nuts.

I don't agree with the bias. It's just not there. The consistency is woeful though.

And people actually believe Kentucky gets home cooking in Rupp.

Honestly, in my 30 years, I've never seen one game that I can recall where UK got "home cooking" for 40 minutes. Coach K would have a heart attack if he coached here.

Of all the blue bloods and second tier schools, UK gets by far the least amount of home cooking there is. The only other school that comes close to us in this category is Uconn IMO.

Really not worth complaining about. Makes us look like Loserville fans who have 3 threads a game complaining about refs. Just take the mentality of we can beat this team and the refs. Bring it.

Screw that, it's much more fun to complain. You see that steal and layup by Briscoe? The dude hugged him around the waist and we got no call, Lee and Poy just have to breathe to get a whistle.

Not sure I got your intent, but if you mean that there is not a lot of home cooking in Rupp, I agree. The issue is that the SEC is a violent league and has been for years. Now they vary greatly on what is called even in a single game.

Not even the refs can close this gap. Jamal Murray will not be denied.

Thank the lord, finally a thread bitching about the refs. I thought I had gone to the wrong website. I had to scroll down to the 19th thread.
