The post game TV guys talked about the review at the end of the game and said they were checking to see if there was any time on the clock because an Oklahoma player grabbed Brea by the jersey after he got the ball, But the foul came after the time ran out, and that's what it was all about - according to the TV guys.

A technical foul call be called after the game is over as long as the officials are still on the court
When asked about it Pope said, “I just said my piece and walked away cause referee’s are like old West gunfighters , they usually won’t shoot you in the back” . I thought that was funny.
If anything at all there should have been a call against the OU player tugging on Brea's Jersey before time expired.
If they were worried about possibly covering the spread, wouldn’t they have just elected to not do a monitor review? Why intentionally bring more eyes on their betting scam?
I think the monitor review was to try to pin a tech on BG and steal the game outright. They just couldn’t justify it.
And I’m not even saying these particular refs were trying to keep UK from covering. I was making a joke. Allegedly.
However, these refs and many others, whether intentionally cheating or not, often call the game in a manner that keeps the score around the spread. It’s like they’re being graded on it.
That's something i have thought and mentioned in the past on here. It seems like they have the attitude of, the BBN isn't gonna bully me and are pissed because of how some idiots took it way too far back then.
