Rajon Rondo owns the single-season UK steals record. He had 88 steals in 2005, averaging 2.6/game. Reed Sheppard currently has 60 steals, averaging 2.5/game.

IF Reed continues to average 2.5 steals/game, and...
IF UK plays a minimum of two games in both the SECT and NCAAT, then...
Reed will have 88 steals and break the record by one steal.

Let the countdown commence. I need something to be excited about this season.

As an interesting sidenote: Rondo actually played fewer minutes (25/game) in '05 than Reed is playing this year (28/game).

Is this what it has come too, we look forward to seeing a steals record about to be broke. Gold Standard Stuff
We could be 30-0 and this probably would have been posted. Not every thread needs to be the same old rehashed stuff

Cal holds the All-time steals record with his $9 mil/yr.

That's pretty good, especially since Cal is a negative steal vector. His teams typically don't even try to force any and rank below average in steals.

Did Rondo come off the bench a lot? Asking for a friend.
If UK gets behind 10 -15 points at the beginning of the game Saturday and Reed and Dillingham are setting on the bench there's going to be some pissed off fans. I know they both play a lot of minutes and they give us a spark off the bench but this isn't the kind of game you can get behind in .
If they do they won't need a spark they will need a flamethrower.
