Reed drops 25

I’m don’t pretend to have had any real interest in the NBA since Jordan left the Bulls. But young Mr. Reed would be better served if his agent could find a way to get him out of Houston during the offseason. It’s not a good fit, and likely never will be.
Agree with this take. Not sure why the Rockets drafted Shep over Castle with the way they play.

“He should have returned.”

A 20 year old stranger that bounces a ball hurt my feelings by supporting his coach and I’m gonna turn this smile upside down and take it personally! Get off my lawn while you’re at it!!!

He didn't have a shirt on that had Cal's name or face so no he supported a rival team. As much as you are defending him you must either be a friend or family member.

They should trade Fred Vanvleet to upgrade team and play Shep more
Wouldn't be surprised if they trade Shep on draft day.
He was actually running 3rd string behind Fred and Aaron Holiday.
He had a nice game but to put it in perspective, Reeves has had a 40 pt game this year
BJ Boston has had a 25 pt game.
Justin Edwards has had a 25 + game.
Common denominator is all their teams had major injuries to free up PT and little to no winning by their teams.

With several starters out, Reed gets the nod and drops 25 in a loss to SGA and Cason Wallace of OKC. Good to see him step up!

Considering what a great shooter he is with a 42" vertical, given the minutes. This 25 point performance shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.

LoL at the butthurt from grown a$$ men. Embarrasing.
Nobody here is really upset that Reed took the money. Nobody blames him for that. Almost everyone that is upset is because he wore our opponent tshirt on the day we played them. Not sure how you don't understand why that rubbed some people the wrong way. It's not about him choosing the money.

None of this runs deep. But if he's dumb enough to do what he did, he can take some backlash for it. It's just 'sports hate', not people being truly upset.

Reed needed the ball I've been saying it all year. If he didn't go to the Rockets he'd be playing on a worse team getting actual minutes and no one would be calling him a horrible pick.

Give the guy 25-30 minutes a night and he will produce. Give him less than 10 and he won't know why he's on the court.

He wore our opponent's tshirt on the day we played them. He supported the coach over the school. How do you not understand that, and think it's "petty" that Kentucky fans have a negative reaction to that?? Seriously? Such a weird take on this.

IU fans picked Knight over IU.

It's like wearing a tshirt with the British Red Ensign on the 4th of July.

If a person hold a grudge aganist Reed and are over the age of 6, they probably also eat out, run up a $ 300 bill.....and then leave a $ 5.00 tip and scurry out the door when your waitress is in the back. 🤣

PS, I'm a boomer.........just not a petulant one. I was raised to suck it up and be a man. TIA
