Now Lavar sees Lamelo getting schooled and didn't want it to get anymore out of hand so forfeits to cover for another son and try and save the BBB from more embarrassment.

Amen. The baby balls aren't much for ball players. UCLA will be looking for real guards when the time comes. It's hard to believe LaMelo is still ranked as high as he is. I really don't see a single thing in his game to make me think he will ever compete in D1, let alone sniff the NBA.

There should be a rule that if a team forfeits multiple times then they shouldn't be allowed to compete. Every time Lavar doesn't get his way he takes his ball (pun intended) and goes home. No way I would play for that team and that guy if I was a legit prospect. I hope BBB fails big time and his son(s) will eventually wise up and not let him leach off of him/them.

Ball has no athleticism, plays no defense, does not rebound, quits when it gets rough in a game. Yeah he will average 20 a game, but he will also jack up 30 shots a game and cherry pick the hell out of his shots..

He's the biggest draw in basketball right now, that's why no one puts their foot down. The money and exposure are too good.

I have zero issue with Lavar marketing the kids and saying all his outlandish troll comments, but the coaching stuff is too far.

While he does a lot of good (doesn't charge the kids, takes kids from around the area he's from that aren't on other teams), taking teenagers all over and then acting that way to officials and cutting the experience short for the kids isn't okay.

Not even from a "role model" perspective, that's overplayed and no one is looking up to Lavar Ball, but just from a competitive standpoint. Stop ruining the games themselves. Be a clown before and after but coach during the actual game.

How many times do you get to pull kids off the court before A) parents start pulling kids off the team or B) they stop allowing his team to compete in AAU. Pretty sure walking off the court is the babiest thing you can do. I know HS fball teams down 70-0 that don't walk off the field.

By all reports? Give me three "actual reports" of anything that has made Lonzo a great dude.
