Question About Season Tickets

I live in the Northeastern U.S.A.

I'm thinking of getting season tickets because I think our program is about to take off. I probably can't make most home games, but I can make a few.

Do you think it's worth it? If I buy season tickets now does that protect me any way from them going up a lot in the future years? Do I get locked into some kind of deal for future prices of season tickets if I buy them now?

thanks

It doesn't protect you against anything on the money side... You will begin the process of "points" accumulation which is used in seat selection and parking pass eligibility... But I held on to mine while I was 500 miles away... Made a lot of friends giving tickets away;)

Not only is there no price protection, if we do take off, you can count on price increases in the future. Also, your seats may be upgraded someday, with a corresponding increase in the mandatory K Fund "contribution". I'm not complaining, it's just today's reality.

I am looking for Florida tixets..our of state and it's for my dad's birthday, if you get them and can't make Florida. Let me know

Yeah, 'Cats season tix are a relative bargain now. My family has had PSU tickets for years and they are a LOT more expensive, and with a 5-figure yearly donation.

That does suck being so far away, reminds me of myself as a Chicagoan when the Bears are not carried on TV down here...and my wife does not want me to pay for the DirecTV thing.

Gonna be a tough decision. May not be worth it. I may just buy tickets for individual games that I attend.

Here is my unboxing video of the tix, if you want to see how cool they look, packaging and everything...

If I were you, I would plan to pay top dollar for individual game tickets. You will get much better seats then you can get buying season tickets and even if the per game average will be high, you will spend less in the long run.
