Question about radio delay for games (sync with TV)

Sorry if posted elsewhere. When can I buy a radio and/or how can I sync games with my radio. Thank you in advance.

We have dish, ise iheart app and pause the dish network for about 1 minute to sync up

One minute, four to seven seconds here. This is a multi-year study. Could depend on each individual cable, satellite, streaming service though!
