I knew what you meant, but the price part is true too. My best friend is a contractor in Paducah. In the past 20+ years he's built some of the biggest, nicest houses in the area. These include the 24,000 sq ft hovel of a former state representative (whose father built I-24), his younger brother's 23,000 sq ft shack in Calvert City, and numerous 10,000+ sq ft houses of local physicians and businessmen.
