He's very much like Ulis. Sees the whole floor. Some plays tonight weren't finished, but those guys aren't on the same page. After some time under Cal he will be hell on wheels. Very excited to have him.

Very true lol I guess my thought is that line drive shooters are usually much more streaky and arch shooters are more consistent. The Balls have their own form copyrighted!

Shot 38% from 3 in high school and over 80% on free throws.

He's gonna be really good. He gets into open space with ease. His shot is online but short tonight. I'm sure he's exhausted from the week of activities.

Think he will be a star here. Fans love hustle, assists, high energy and that's what he brings to the table. I was just sitting here thinking if you're watching the game then Sexton and Green are the best two guards out there imo. Heck until a few minutes ago I hadn't even heard the name Trent Jr.

Little sloppy with the pass, but i was annoyed he didn't get to play with Bamba. Actually only PJ got to play with Knox and Bamba.

Quade would have it made it more fun for them. Bamba would have had like 10 more points...

He is going to be a taller ulis. He looks like a 2 yr player as even ulis was that and I'll take a trade off for a few inches compared to the iq of ulis. I'm still laughing at your slop the hogs comment that was pure gold.

Half his TO's were indeed on oops when the guy wasn't even expecting it. He's gonna be good. Great court awareness, hands and speed and is ready to lead from day one. Sit back and continue to enjoy this amazing ride.

Not ripping the kid but he looks to be a 4 year player imo. We'll see. Ulis, although has a similar game, had a much better shot and made the game look easy. Nonetheless, it will be nice to have a veteran PG in the years ahead.

Strange looking shot, great floor game, faster than I was led to believe. He is the ultimate distributor, Ulis without the great shot.

This kid is a proven winner and leader . Excellent passer and defender. talks incessantly on the floor, a great attribute for a point guard especially on defense. Much stronger and bigger than Ulis. If he is half the floor general and passer that TU was, UK will win lots of games. I was favorably impressed.

I think He'll have far more TO than Ulis.

Ulis at times were like 7 to 1 a/to. I just don't see that from Green with scrimmage and game. He seems to make far more risky plays did Ulis did.

He will not be a 1 and done player IMO, he will be solid. There aren't many Tyler Ulis's around. He looks to be 6 ft. max, decent quickness, a fine distributor of the rock, just what we need !

Green is not one-and-done, but he's not a 4 year player either.

Many Kentucky fans are going to expect great point guard play from day 1 and those are going to be the Kentucky fans hating on the kid the most. As Kentucky fans, we always sign the most talented and NBA ready guards. This kid probably is not that type of player. Early on, he is going to make a lot of mistakes that ends up as turnoevers and most Kentucky fans are going to want to bench the kid. If every Kentucky fan would give Cal at least half a season with this kid, we will have our point guard that can lead our young team once the Ncaa tourney starts. If Cal didn't think the kid could become that type of player for Kentucky, he wouldn't have signed him. He has tools to work with. It is not as many as we're used to with Cal recruiting the freak ONE and DONE point guards in the past, but give the kid time and we should have good point guard play. Cal knows what he is doing and knows what type of players it takes to do what he likes to do on the floor. Once you put your faith in Cal with this, trust me, you won't worry as much as some fans seem to worry. It is a lot more fun to be a fan like this.

Nothing like the tempered expectations to give the kid a chance before bestowing the world beater title on him...
