Quade Green is the key to how far Kentucky goes.

Man. LOL. Y'all are gonna be surprised. Green is a true PG. An excellent leader on the court. Prototypical floor general. He's an elite distributer, ball handler and passer. He can knock down 3's. He's got supreme court vision and he's an ascending player. He'll get better and better, but he'll be better than Andrew or even Teague from day 1 IMO. No he's no Fox, Wall, etc, but this kid is legit. I see something along the lines of 10pts, 5ast, 3rbs, 1stl. Not worried about Green.. PG is more important than C, but like I've said. I think Green's the man. So C will be our most important battle to watch for. One of Richards or Killeya Jones HAS to step up and at least give us good D, be a rim protector, good rebounder, catch some lobs from penetrators and in transition, and give us at least 8pts, 7 boards and a blk or 3 a game. Just all that good stuff. If SKJ has really improved he'll give us more offense as Richards is more like what I was describing a sentence or 2 ago. But if one of those guys step up its over. Bet.

Regardless, UK needs one out of Green and Alexander to stay for a sophomore season in order to make a run for the title. A talented point guard with a year of playing experience under their belt is a huge huge asset.

You're not fooling anyone champ. :)

Not trying to fool anyone bub. Never claimed to be die-hard UK fan. I'm sorry that you're struggling to comprehend that. Not everyone that frequents this board has the same zeal, fervor, and avidity for UK as others. (Fanaticism bud. Trying to help you). That's what makes this such a great board. The basketball discussion draws lots of college basketball fans which makes for enjoyable banter. I think your fascination with me and my opinion is partially born of fear. I'll let you ponder that. It's interesting how quick you are to reply to my posts. Think about that. My opinions really bother you....why? That's a rhetorical question by the way.

We have at least 3 guards that can man the PG position. We have 3 centers and at least 3 players who can play the PF. We have multiple players who can slide between the 2G and the WF. Positionless basketball.

Disagree. I think he'll be the first point guard in the Cal era that ends up as merely serviceable, rather than "disappointing" (Ryan Harrow) or "stellar" (every PG other than Ryan Harrow). Green will do his job, and more importantly, he will be an unselfish distributor that will facilitate the real superstars on this team in doing theirs.

The center position will determine how far this team goes.

Agree with this. Teague has a ring, and wasn't "the man"...ove even close to "the man" on that team.

So you are basically admitting that you have no life, and a UK fetish. Not good.
