PSU-BSU

PSU crowding the box so far but you can tell Jeanty is a man among boys 2 rushes didn’t go down swing pass broke a couple of tackles and takes more then 1 to bring him down. Boise terrible kick 0-0

Wow! That didn't even qualify as a pull or shank. BSU's place kicker kicks about as well as I do....and that's not good.

PSU marches right down the field for a one score lead.

You know what never hurts in football? Being bigger, faster and stronger. It's amazing how many games those teams win.

These games are super easy to predict the winner on.

Osu vs Oregon and Georgia vs nd will be first real playoff games in terms of maybe having some drama.

Who should get in over them? Alabama? South Carolina? They showed how grand they were today.

Bowl games are glorified exhibitions. The results mean nothing.

That said, Boise 100% deserved to be n. If they were properly seeded 9th then we would have gotten IU vs Boise n the first round and that would have been a fun matchup.

The current rules are what they are though. Someone had to get the 3 and 4 seeds that was undeserving.

I have said before there are too many teams in the playoff. At least 5 of the teams picked had 0 chance to win this year. This year and IMO every year there are only 5-6 teams good enough and then everyone else. An 8 game playoff st most.

Don't look now but BSU just cut the lead to 17-14 in the 3rd quarter. James Franklin is starting to work his "big game" magic!

Small World. The all-everything TE from PSU (Tyler Warren #44---2 TDs so far tonight) went to the same HS from which my daughter and son graduated (Atlee HS (Raiders) in Hanover County, VA). Ironically, he was a 2-time all-state QB in HS. As a senior college TE, he now tips the scales at over 260 lbs. He has a bright future in the league.

If it was anyone else but Penn State benefitting from this then I wouldn’t mind but Penn State never beats anyone tough. They always win the games they’re supposed to. You don’t see them with bad losses. They always lose when it matters.

I expect nothing less against the ND/Georgia winner. And yes, ND rarely has big wins.

Top half of bracket was stacked. Ohio State would’ve been my with place team personally.

Oh well, this is nothing in comparison to what we routinely see in the NCAA Tournament where someone has easy path to the final four.

As we have debated endlessly (and I respect neither of us will change the others mind lol), if they seeded the teams appropriately 1 to 12 you would have had a more balanced bracket IMO.

The top half is stacked due to the current goofy rules. It is what it is.
