Proud of the boys.

It's hard enough to win on the road with a healthy roster, let alone down 2 starters and playing 5 on 8. When we get Butler and Robinson back with a now healthy Carr, lookout.
I’m with you. I didn’t expect to win this one on the road down 2 starters but we hung in there most of the game. A lot of calls sure didn’t go our way but we fought.

Agreed , Guys played as hard as possible in general . Perry fought , Chandler fought , couple guys just had awful games .. Oweh wasnt able to do anything . I've seen improvements in our D . SUCKS to lose but we have to buy better athletes . Just have to , open the Big Blue Vault and spend whatever , I know , if we had the players that are out we are fine . just sucks overall. The Ref's are trash , pure garbage as well.

A lot of frustrating moments but in general think there were some major positives.

We are even more dependent on the 3 without Butler. A team dependent on the 3 went on the road against a “desperate 1 seed”(if there is such a thing!) and made 5 3s the last 36 plus minutes of the game.

Moving on let’s get Oweh refocused, find a way to get something out of Garrison besides easy buckets, and find a way to get something out of Almonor if his shots aren’t falling. Oh and get healthy if possible!

Is that what it's confirmed to be? I missed that if so.

February 12 - Kentucky guard Lamont Butler appeared to re-injure his left shoulder during the second half of the 15th-ranked Wildcats' home game against No. 5 Tennessee on Tuesday night.
Butler dove for a loose ball with 8:40 left in regulation and appeared to be in pain after landing on his left arm. He left the game, and Kentucky later said that he would not return.
Butler previously missed three games with a shoulder injury before returning Saturday to play in the Wildcats' 80-57 win over South Carolina.

That doesn't say anything about his rotator cuff.

They tried. As long as they are doing that I’ll be watching. Hope we get healthy so we can give it our best shot.

Tore my rotator cuff 15 years ago. Had the surgery. I still have issues from time to time raising my arm higher than my shoulder or lifting things up on higher shelves.
I've had both rotator cuffs done.. Left one I had Dec '23.. Fell off a ladder July last year and retore it plus tore my meniscus on my left knee,, lol.. Had a resurgery Dec last year to repair rotator again and had planned on doing the knee end this mth but gonna wait until Dec.. I'd also had surgery on the same left knee back in '20,, can't remember what it was but they went in on the outside of it.. Think they said on the meniscus they'd go in on the inside plus the outside.. I don't know but its not been right since the first surgery 5 years ago.. Knee wants to give out and acts like it don't wanna lock in place when walking and it straightens out.. I'm a damn mess..

X2 right and left! I've said this before, I hate losing as much as anybody, but if Cow did anything, his coaching and so many loses, taught me to take a loss and move on, we have brighter days ahead!!!

Back last March if you told me, Cal would pull this stunt, leave and not one player returns, a new coach has to come in a bit late in the portal, create an entirely new roster from scratch, then we would lose 30% of our offense and our best one on one defender, literally never have a full roster except for 7 games, and still we are ranked most of the season in the top 25, win all those games against top 15 ranked teams, beat Duke and the Zags and right now looking at a possible 3 seed I would be thrilled to death.
