Pro style offense

This is middle school stuff. Thank God for Ray Davis or these guys would legit end every game with maybe 20 yards of offense total. Especially since these guys love bringing plays back with penalties.

Between the slow pace of play and the fact that they have to really tweak a pro style offense to work in the college game due to the hash marks being wider, I'm just not sold on it. Last time Coen was blessed to have Robinson in the slot.

Why don't we run a college-style offense because, you know, we play in college football? The announcers tonight said that it appears the offense is too complicated and needs to be run at tempo. Well, that's not the right offense for Stoops. We don't need to go back to Lynn Bowden offense. But, an RPO with inside zone OL mauling defenses would work great. And I think we'd be able to recruit for it as all the elite programs are recruiting NFL style QBs to run their NFL offense. Oregons scheme is not pro style, but it works well in college and is exciting. Plenty of passing but starts with the run game. See no reason to keep trying to run an NFL offense that is too complicated and not very effective with lesser talent.

Regardless of style, we probably should find some WRs who can CATCH THE BALL! No style outside the triple option can survive WRs with stone hands.

GBB!

Are the pros really this bad?

I am so tired of watching an offense stare at a sideline until a play clock is nearly expired just to run off tackle or throw a simple pass.
My man, that ain’t the pro offense.

We did the same shit with Shannon Dawson, Neal brown, and Edward gran.

It’s the Stoops offense. He gets off to this pathetic shit.
