I think the Warriors found their stride in the fourth quarter of Game 3. David Lee gets more meaningful minutes, as they don't have to really worry about his defense (Tristan Thompson ain't dropping 20 ... over the next 3 games). Curry's touch was on at the end, as he nailed several ridiculous 3s. Couple that with Delly and LeBron wearing down after less than 48 hrs rest, and I think we see GS win by 5-10 and head home with the series tied.

If they don't head home with a win they're in trouble. I'm rooting for the Cavs.

I am, too, but desperation and long minutes on short rest have to catch up eventually, right? I was hoping GSW had psyched themselves out/given up, which looked possible through 3 quarters, but they turned it on in the 4th.

I think Golden State has got to come in and blow Cleveland out of the water. With the current pace of the series a close game favors the Cavs. The fact that the Cavs are cutting possessions from the game is a detriment to the Warriors entire style of play. If the Warriors can't find a way to speed up the game and make their three attempts at more impactful time, they won't be able to win.

Yeah, GS needs to put up 30-35 in the first quarter. They have NEVER really jumped on the Cavs this series and made them play catch up. Get up 33-22 after one and lets see how effective the Cavs are . It is really simple for GS...play some average to above average games offensively and they win this series. They keep on doing the crap from the first 3 games? Cavs in 5 (which is why I do not bet on sports as no one saw the Cavs winning this).

I know that the prevailing wisdom is that Golden State got going again offensively and that there will be a carryover. On the flip side, how discouraging is it to cut a 20 point lead to 1 only to have the rug ripped out from under you. Especially one game after coming back from 11 down very late to force OT and then take that sucker-punch loss. When does it start wearing on them psychologically?

Seeing as how it's a young team and almost none of them have been here before, I think the Cavs live in their head at this point. Even Curry has to have some doubts creeping into his mind, as to whether he and his team can do this.

My guess is the 4th quarter will look something like this.

Do you think maybe that Cleveland's Defense is causing them to play below average offense? Just curious.

GS did not "get it going" in the 4th quarter. What they did do was be allowed to set running blocks for screens that opened Curry up and caught a Cavs team letting off the gas after going up 20.

Like LeBron said in the post interview...that 4th quarter film will go a long way to not letting it happen again.

It has played a role, but the Warriors have missed a TON of wide open looks. You can say the Cavs are wanting/letting them shoot those shots, but a lot of that is the luck of the draw. It has certainly been more GS not doing what they do than the Cavs "amazing D" if that is what you are asking. This Cavs team is not very good outside of the current best in Lebron.

Like i said before this series started, i would never bet against LeBron. That dude is a beast and one of the few greats that i feel you could stick on any team in the nba and they would make the playoffs.Only a select few in the history of the game i would say that about.

I disagree, but respect your opinion.

Sure hope Golden State gets fired up I have not liked Currys demeanor, hope they hit some shots, and put pressure on the Cavs. I hope Dan Gilbert does not get a championship. COME ON WARRIORS!!!!!

I'm saying Cleveland wins and it goes over 194

A lot of people are putting heavy stock into Golden States last 4th qtr, but the reason GS was able to get it going was because the Cavs let off the gas. .

Some notes
-Its been 7 years 6 months and 15 days since LBJ has been this big of a home underdog
-GS has not lost 3 consecutive games since November of 2013
-Joey Crawford is officiating tonight. During the reg+post season GS is 6-1 and the Cavs are 3-5 in games he's officiated.

This should be a great game and I wouldn't be surprised if GS won. The Cavs are 4 point underdogs and all of the money is on GS, but the value is on the Cavs imho .. whether it be the 4 or the +165

Disagree with the notion that Golden State is simply missing shots. Sure they have missed some open looks, all teams do. But more important is who is Cleveland getting to take those shots. Any possession that ends with Green or Iguadala taking 3 pointers is a win for Cleveland. And while Curry was able to make some shots in the 4th the other night, those are exactly the shots you want him taking. Off balanced, having to dribble through a maze, running around triple screens.

GS is missing open shots, but Cleveland is forcing a lot of misses by controlling who gets those shots. So it's both. It's been a loosely whistled series, as well, and that seems to favor Cleveland. Given that GS will probably play better on offense (that 4th quarter was largely facilitated by Lee, who is much more effective than this version of D. Green), and that each of the first three games came down to the last minute, I favor GS to win tonight and in the series. But it's close.

Rough one. On to the next one, though.
