Feels like UK is just about wrapped up on offense in the portal. However, I still think we need another RB. 4 scholarship RBs in the SEC is just not enough especially when one (Mizell) has some pretty serious medical history. Former UK rb target Sam Williams-Dixon from Ohio State just officially entered the portal. I know we have moved away from the unproven big school guys but considering he is only a freshman it feels like he would be worth it. UK didnt end up signing any high school RBs after the Marquise Davis flip to Mizzou so it would almost like just signing a high school RB but one whos been through a year of college S&C plus some game experience. It looks like he only played in 3 games this year for the Buckeyes with 11 carries for 53 yards so he should still have his redshirt. Considering he was sitting behind arguably the best RB duo in the nation thats not terrible.
It looks like he entered the portal a few weeks ago before the college playoffs but decided to get out and stay with the team through the playoffs but now hes officially back in.
UK needs some more depth and they really wanted him a year ago out of high school so it feels like it could happen.
