It's a welcome change from Cal's histronics. If a player makes a mistake, he doesn't jump up and run down the bench and push somebody towards the table. He is a leader who builds confidence in his players.
Its a scary formula that UK has brewing, thats for sureIt's a welcome change from Cal's histronics. If a player makes a mistake, he doesn't jump up and run down the bench and push somebody towards the table. He is a leader who builds confidence in his players.
I thought Duke got a better whistle than us but it wasn’t crazy bad. I will die on the hill that It didn’t matter how good a team we had with Cal. The officials and NCAA brass hated him so badly winning a title was impossible. The UCONN games, Wisconsin and many others were unwinnable with the officials.I think the biggest impact will be his approach wont let guys get distracted by obviously poor officiating. Both cal and his players would get completely consumed with complaining to the refs that it would throw them off their game.
