I'm floored at people worried if he can roster a team next year. Dude pulled in like 13 guys last minute for this year. With almost zero incoming recruits. I think he's going to crush it.

Could. Personally, I think that would spread the NIL money a little thin when you’re looking to pay those “superstar” transfers enough.

How long has it actually been hat we were kicking butt and taking names? Longer than I wanted to wait, for sure. We have waited 13 years since we have kicked ass &taken names and raised the trophy. We have had a few good seasons since 2012 but not many. We were wandering in the desert for 20 ears until Joe B won in 1978. It was 18 more desert years until Pitino won in 1996. It took 14 ears between Tubby's win in 1998 until Cal's win in 2012. Since 1958, or 66 years we have won 5 championships. This averages a championship every 13.2 years. This is the 13th year since our last, so this s the year. Who supports this theory?

It's almost like the sport has......changed....since the days of Rupp and winning a title is damn hard.
There's four coaches with more than two titles. Rupp, Wooden, K. That's it. Ol Daggum has 3. And of those 4, three of them were cheating their ass off.
I really like following the April transfer portal recruiting. I'm never ready for the season to be over at that time, and I can analyze and watch video on guys linked to UK or ones I hope Uk gets involved with, plus the decisions are going to be made pretty quick.

Looking at players and sorting them according to certain stats has led me to some intriguing FR/SO prospects from mid-majors who are a bit under the radar:
Austin Rapp 6'10'' FR PF/C Portland
--He has attempted over 200 3's and shoots them at about 35%. Decent DR%.
Alvaro Folgueiras 6'9" SO Robert Morris Stretch 4
--Shoots almost 45% on 3's, is a beast on the defensive glass, steals at a high rate, and gets a good number of assists
Mason Falslev 6'3'' SO Utah St
--Shoots over 40% from 3 and gets a ton of steals
Who knows if they are actually UK caliber. Thumbing through player lists and stats is fun knowing that our roster pool is now open to the entirety of college basketball lol.

This is the way I took it.
We need player that can create their own shots. That is what is missing this year.
