10 days? Then it's not as serious as once thought. That's good.
Yeah, that first follow-up x-ray will tell a lot. If it's already made good progress, we could probably expect him back by the start of January.
I took that as that's when we'd know more, a la follow-up imaging. Ten days would be insane turnaround for any sort of fracture whether it's surgically repaired or not. Modern medicine and all that, though. 🤷♂️10 days? Then it's not as serious as once thought. That's good.
I think he is just joking, because I had the same injury and if that doctor gets Kerr back in 10 days he must be Jesus Christ himself.10 days? Then it's not as serious as once thought. That's good.
But why mention Vegas saying 6 weeks? I agree 10 days would be nuts.I took that as that's when we'd know more, a la follow-up imaging. Ten days would be insane turnaround for any sort of fracture whether it's surgically repaired or not. Modern medicine and all that, though. 🤷♂️
In more ways than we can countHe's the anti-Cal
That’s how I took it tooI'm confused.
With the 10 days part............I kinda took it like in 10 days we'll have more information on the time frame, not that he would be ready to go in 10 days.
But I could be wrong lol.
Probably saying the over/under would be 6weeks. In 10 days we’ll know more and know if it’s more likely to be quicker or longer than “what Vegas says”But why mention Vegas saying 6 weeks? I agree 10 days would be nuts.
Exactly the meaning I took from that quote and I think you are dead on. That also makes the most sense of an explanation for what he said.Probably saying the over/under would be 6weeks. In 10 days we’ll know more and know if it’s more likely to be quicker or longer than “what Vegas says”
It’s probably a hairline fracture and not really broken. The surgery was to fuse the bone to make it heal faster. No gloom and doom like many think.Well his surgery or not I have doubts about him being much of a contributor on this season now. If it's more then a 6 weeks then it's 2 late. I thinking best case he makes it back and gets into game shape around last few weeks of February or SEC TOURNAMENT time. Sucks for him the timing of this injury. Pope didn't mean he be ready to practice in 10 days. He meant first follow up appointment is 10 days. Then rehab starts or jogging. Hope I'm wrong but I think we are short a point guard and Butler will be whistled for 2 quick ones on every sec road game.
I think the 10 days is to get him past the post surgery initial recovery, before they can evaluate if 6 weeks is a realistic timeline. he's not going to be back in 10 days.10 days? Then it's not as serious as once thought. That's good.
This is better than I was thinking. This easily makes him available for tournament play.6 weeks from today is Jan 22nd, so the earliest game could be the game at vandy on the 25th
