The lawyer saying "the facts are ugly" is a clear signal that Pitino knows where a lot of bodies are buried, and will sing unless he's paid off.
I suspect this plan of attack fails, given the new board, and such. I think they will decide to just have it all laid out, and move on completely clean, now.
This could affect employment for dozens, even hundreds of U of L, YUM and Addidas employees, given the inbred nature of a criminal syndicate.

I agree. Seems like a threat that Louisville better come up with a big buyout before Pitino's "administrative leave" expires or else Rick is going to start slinging mud. That type of threat may have worked against Ramsey, but I hope the new administration doesn't fold.
Maybe Postel can get Rick to write all his demands down on some UL letterhead.
