RP saying he's lost faith in NCAA. Imo this will not help UL's case. It sounds like UL knows banner coming down.
The vacation ruling HAS to stay. Ineligible players played. So, title has to come down, and any money that was derived from those games. Done. The interesting thing is that they are arguing that the collective penalties are excessive, so the NCAA could very easily reduce the years of probation, reduce the amount of funds lost, or reduce the lost scholarships, while still keep the vacation ruling, which I think is the most likely result (other than all of the penalties remaining intact).
this hog headed sucker should be disappointed in no one but himself. He is a low class slimeball that will do whatever it takes to win and benefit him..Whether it hurts someone else doesn't matter, as long as his pockets are lined..this SOB should be in jail for what he has done at UL..Jurich disappointed in the NCAA organization.
Punishment levied. It is not like the NCAA is going to say excuse me, we want to add more punishment since you are mad.Rick really not helping his case. The more he talks the digger he's digging. Very defiant.
Rick said he won't answer what he's responsible for. Why? Because he doesn't want to. He's not taking any blame folks.
Bull hockey. No more punishment obviously but won't help their crusade they are now waging. UL not affected? Please. Spin it all you want.Punishment levied. It is not like the NCAA is going to say excuse me, we want to add more punishment since you are mad.
Louisville not even affected because the player they recruit is not serving any penalty.

I agree, but they (UofL) is going to attack that hard. They are going to argue, as they just said, that because the dollar amount was so low (NCAA will say that the nature of the benefits here makes that irrelevant), that vacation is not appropriate because in similar cases players have been given the ability to rehabilitate and get their eligibility back. The vacation ruling HAS to stay. Ineligible players played. So, title has to come down, and any money that was derived from those games. Done.
How does it hurt them.Bull hockey. No more punishment obviously but won't help their crusade they are now waging. UL not affected? Please. Spin it all you want.
Not even going to entertain you on that. You know the findings. You know the implications. How does it hurt them.
I'm going to take a wild stab here and guess that these sex parties were kept on the down low.Ha ha they are really hammering nothing was on social media. Mercy.

So basically it does not hurt them. If so how.Not even going to entertain you on that. You know the findings. You know the implications.
Now pitino saying Valvanos immune system was broken down by his own NCAA mess. Wow. Just wow. Basically blaming JVs death on it? Wow if so.
c'mon...this lessens any appeal...Punishment levied. It is not like the NCAA is going to say excuse me, we want to add more punishment since you are mad.

leon to his defense in 3, 2...AMAZING!!
The gall of this self serving, egotistical, narcissist is unbelievable!!
So, now we go from Billy Minardi's(ironically who the Dorm that this all originated from was named after) death to Jim Valvano's death as a source of pity. WOW!!
It's all very gross. Their behavior now trying to minimize their filth to save their tainted wins just highlights their immorality. These people engaged in human trafficking and are now fighting tooth and nail for the sake of some basketball games. Let that sink in.
I agree, but Louisville is going to make the argument that this is too harsh (this number of games vacated) because, for example, if a recruit is given under 2k, he can pay that back to regain his eligibility. NCAA, on the other hand, has said from the very beginning that the nature of the benefits here is what makes this case different and this isn't just about dollar value. But you don't get to participate while you are "trying to get your eligibility back". Ineligible means you are not allowed, not permitted, to participate.
LOL!!Punishment levied. It is not like the NCAA is going to say excuse me, we want to add more punishment since you are mad.
