So disappointed I can’t go, been looking forward to this for years but unfortunately life got in the way.

Congrats on what will probably be the dumbest take in this thread. I don’t care what you think about LIV, Brooks is absolutely one of the most dangerous guys in the field this week. I mean he’s only won the PGA three times, including last freaking year.
Lots of LIV players have a chance, the reason they are taking about merging now is because LIV was making headway and poaching a lot of the top players. Before long the entire top 10 outside McIIroy and maybe Scheffler would have defected. Cameron Smith, Brooks, Bryson, and Jon Rahm are all legit guys who could win.

As for picks, it’s hard not to bet on the combo of Scotty/Rory/Brooks, but I also put a little $ on JT, Ludvig, Colin, and Xander.

And if I had a choice, Tiger all day, though I have a hard time seeing him make the cut.

Have a group of 8 of us going Saturday. Hoping Tiger can hold up that long.
That’s why I bought tickets for Friday. Didn’t want to miss him because he didn’t make the cut.

Any idea on how many kids you can bring for free on one ticket?

I have 2 extra Championship + tickets for Fridays round. Tickets included unlimited food from all concession stands and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.
Selling both for less than break even, $300 for the pair. DM - if interested

Friday looks to be a horrible weather day, unless the forecast changes.

My wife went today and she just texted me that they are canceling today. They wouldn’t let them in when they got there.

Weather delay has just been lifted. Play should begin again in a bit. Ticket holders will be allowed back in but I’m sure the buses will be packed & slow.

Easier to shuttle. There a couple of houses in Shelbyville Rd that are doing parking. If you do that, blend in with the bus crowd. TON of police out on Seville Rd so that might be a chance depending on their instructions.

So f you’re going today - Tiger, Rahm, and Scheffler played the back yesterday so. They’ll probably play the front today.

JT, Speith, Finau, Homa, Xander, Koepka played the front yesterday so probably off the back today.

Most only play 9.

Ricky & Cantlay played 18 yesterday.

PGA tends to have surprises so I can see an off the radar guy win it. I'll need to wait for Brandel's deep dissection of it all to make my pick because he is always on the money.....

One thing is for sure, Brooks will become Superman yet again this week. How that guy seems to always pop up for majors and especially the PGA is something yet he did win recently so he is in good form now. Scottie is probably going to be a bit rusty. Am sure he would have loved to keep playing during a hot streak but obviously having his first child was a higher priority.

Course looks fantastic on TV but will be disappointing if Mother Nature does not cooperate.

Rory just filed for divorce. Well, maybe that explains his hot streak.

Some locked in :

Hovland 25-1 Hasn't been in top form but talent is there.

Homa 28-1 (dude has been close)

Straka 100-1 Super long shot special. he has been at the top of the board, just needs to finish. $5 on 100-1 just because.

Maybe they are, but what about when he runs thru them before his re-up ? I am sure he takes more than prescribed monthly, if not he would be the first rich celebrity who took his pain meds as prescribed.

Regardless, I hope he makes the cut and plays on the weekend. It’ll be great for the state.

Dave Stockton and Jeff Sluman maybe? And maybe i’ve gone brain dead but who is that second row far left?

Looks like it will take around 250 to win. Players must like shooting less/playing quicker.
