Glad to be in that position. Just keep winning. It’s so early and so many things will change. I’m pretty sure we’re better than 3 or 4 teams ranked ahead of us, but also can acknowledge that several teams behind us may be better than us.

It's nice to be ranked and recognized. For Coach Stoops' sake, I like that. But September polls don't mean a darn thing unless they help us with recruiting. I don't doubt that the polls can help with recruiting in isolated instances. But for the most part, the recruiting relationships have already been formed.
