Detroit vs KC
Lions first SB appearance vs the first 3 peat in NFL history
Not if the Lions D keeps getting banged up Fester!
They are an absolute mash unit on that side of the football.

The Lions have 12 defensive players on IR and 3 on D that are hurt.

Thats 15 defensive players, including 2 of their best in Hutch and Anzalone out.

Thats unheard of and we still have 7 reg season games to go!

Is this finally the yr the Vikings get back to the Super Bowl!?

Vikings don't have the qb to make the super bowl.

Give me the lions or eagles. 49ers are a mess but ill take them n January over the vikings as well n the nfc.

Go look at Darnolds stats thru 10 gms (8-2) and come back and lets converse or nike, doesn't matter;

Darnolds NFC ranking:

3rd in TD passes
6th in QBR
8th in yds passing

With the Vikings stout D. Darnold doesn't have to be any better to get Minnesota back to the Super Bowl.

He is easily one of the 5 best QB in the NFC and easily one of the best 10 in the NFL.

After Sun in Chicago the Vikings will have played 6 of their last 8 games away from Minnesota yet could be 9-2 with 4 of last 6 at home.
The Lions are not home free just yet.

Good teams shouldn’t be giving up 11 point leads with under 2 minutes to go in the game. I’ve seen this story before unfortunately.

Its the NFL.
The Vikings are far past good, they are approaching great.
This team is resilient as hell.
Don't believe me? Just watch the OT highlights.
Its the 1st time in a 1/4 century that the Vikings in a game had:

A 300 yd passer
2 100yd receivers
1 100 yd rusher

Caleb Williams went #1 for a reason.

But the Vikings just ended the Bears season in Chi today.

Now 3 straight home games? Really?
None of those teams are beating the Vikings in Minnesota.

12-2 headed to Seattle with a real shot at HFA throughout the playoffs.

No it’s the Vikings.
Whatever.
9-2 is 9-2 tied for MN 7th best 11 gm start in the 64th season of Vikings football.
This team is just starting to gel and have 3 straight games at home w/each team having min of 5 Ls each.
See you in New Orleans.
Happy Holidays

Detroit is the best team. I thought it was the Bills early in the season but the Lions are on fire at the moment.

Go look at their injuries on Defense and get back with me.
They have about 16 guys hurt on D with 12 on IR including Hutchinson and their 3rd best tackler, both out for the yr.
This will be their undoing.

Viking are #2 in total D and the Lions are #3. Negligible. The difference is that the Lions are #3 in total offense while the Vikings are at #11. I'll take Detroit. Nobody playing better than them right now.

I can love the Vikings and still have concerns which I do.

All the Detroit D injuries are mounting and Detroit still has to play Buffalo and Minnesota.

Both of those games are in Detroit. Lions have already beaten the Vikings. Detroit is tough at home. I just think Goff is the better QB and their two headed monster at RB is the leagues best. Jefferson and St Brown cancel each other out. I'll give Jameson the nod over Addison though. Not really ragging on the Vikings though. Both teams are really good. I just think the Lions are better.

Darnold threw for 330 yds and 2 TDs and zero ints in the OT win in Chicago, including a phenomenal drive from deep in Vikings territory to lead the Vikes to the winners circle when all seemed lost.
Darnold’s numbers are neck and neck with Goffs after 11 games. Go to NFL.com and check it out.

Lions Vikings Philly Green Bay Tampa in NFC
Bills Chiefs Ravens Chargers Steelers maybe Broncos AFC should be some great games come the playoffs

Vikings v Chiefs

Rematch of SB IV exactly 55 yrs later
Both games played in New Orleans
Destiny đź‘ż

The Vikings 1st SB 1970
The Vikings 5th SB 2025
Both in the Big Easy!

Outcome very
different!

SKOL!!!
