OT top 5 teams in the NFL

-Darnold is a top 5 NFL QB this season
-Justin Jefferson is the greatest WR of all time
-The Vikings have the best defense in the NFL

Can we all agree on these three statements or naw?
love me some Darnold and the Vikings D - have both in fantasy this year and I’m in the playoff semifinals this week.

Per my fantasy app, we’ve got:

Darnold #8 QB (Jackson, Allen, Hurts, Burrow, Mayfield, Daniels, Goff)
JJ #3 WR (Chase #1)
Vikings D #2 (Denver #1)

I think if the Vikings win out they are going to their 1st SB in nearly 50 yrs, because if they win out they would have HFA thru out the playoffs. And HFA is key.

As I was sayin. Its every single game and always on defense.

The Lions D is decimated.
11 on IR
Plus 6 more Questonable

Thats 17 players on Defense hurt.

That has to be bordering on an historic amount of injuries on the defensive side of the football for one team.

It’s a bad situation for their D.

Interested to see who may sign on for a shot at a ring at this juncture.

Offense has been run-first, but I expect them to adjust the game plan going forward.

They could score on every possession, if they set their minds to it.

Also need to become opportunistic and generate turnovers on defense.

You’re out of your mind. Score on every possession. Not aginst the damn Vikings they aint.
All the injuries on D will cost them the division, the #1 seed and a trip to the SB.
Mark my words.

I looked it up; the Vikings longest in season win streak is 12 gms set by the 1969 team who lost in the SB to KC.
This team could win 13 straight and set the Vikings record while winning their 1st ever SB.
Will it happen?

As a long time suffering Vikings fan, I so want to believe this is their year. If they win 2 out of next 3 then I’m inching more and more to them being a legit contender. My two biggest concerns are a leaky OLine that gives up a ton of sacks and a defense that gives up a lot of yards (although they don’t give up a lot of points).

They’re very opportunistic and even when they lost, the games were very competitive. I’m just not ready to kick the football that Lucy is holding! They’ve broken my heart to many times.

Its cause your QB isnt capable of winning the big one
How do you know that?
Darnold didn't go #3 in the 1st Rd because he is chopped liver.
Now that he is finally on a good/great team with good/great coaches and good/great play makers looky looky.
Top 5 QB in the NFL easy.
And making just 10 mill when all the others in the top 5 are making 2,3,4,5 times that much.
See you in New Orleans.

I dont know that but Im a Lions fan so Ive watched him some. The Vikings are definitely good but he seems to make bone headed throws that get picked off. I dont see him able to duel it out with the top QBs in the league come playoff time. Maybe he can or maybe he wont have to as hes got talent all around him.
To be honest, I dont hate Minnesota at all. Its the Bears and Packers I dislike. Its crazy the Lions and Vikings are fighting for the 1 seed and the one that doesnt get it gets the 5.
