OT: Super Bowl

I'm going to guess most people posting here are middle-aged white people. Probably not meant for us.

I actually don't know one Kendrick song. And I'm okay with it, as I know he has a huge audience.

It is hard to find someone who is super popular who appeals to a wide cross-section of fans (and who will agree to do it).

I'm boycotting because of the absolute disgrace the refs were this season in favor of the Chiefs. I saw a survey that showed a vast majority, somewhere in 70+ % of folks thought the NFL was 'rigged' in favor of some teams. So even if they aren't rigging things, if you have the appearance of it to that many fans, you've got a problem. Anyways, love to see the Eagles whooping that ass so badly. Eff Mahomes, Eff Kelcey, Andy Reid you're cool, I'm out.

I’m a Kendrick fan. But that was awful

"The roast revege tour for Tom Brady"..

Theres just something off about him. It's like he's always trying to prove himself. Almost like despite 7 rings, he knows that people still 1. Don't really like him and 2. Kind of believe his success is owed to so many other things.

Here's Peyton Manning with a quarter of the success as Brady, and yet he never brings up his legacy or touts himself. Brady feels like a jilted lover.

Which is sad, because Kendrick Lamar is super talented.. but he just doesn't have the number of recognizable hits for the general public. If there was any show to have multiple artists carry it through, this was it.
Agreed, and I know like 3-4 songs, but the general person doesn’t.
Overall it was good but not mind blowing. Prince is undefeated.

Peyton will always be my favorite QB, if Indy gave him a defense he would have 3-4 super bowls easy. Obviously Brady had a lot to work with by he’s amazing himself and proved it with the Bucs. Peyton also had to deal with those Patriots teams every year too.

I personally think Peyton is a better QB. I think Brady edges him out with IQ and decision making.. but if you swap the things around them.. Peyton has a good 5 or 6 rings, and Brady, you'd never know his name.

And I think theres a part of Brady that knows this. He's got like, little man syndrome. Makes a documentary about himself but never mentioned the cheating scandals. Has to bring up his rings frequently. A football player with an addiction to Botox before mid 40s. I think he's obsessed with what the public thinks of him.

Jalen Hurts sure has become a great QB, I never thought he would be this level of QB after his first couple Bama years. Dude has really put in some work to become a great thrower of the ball too.
I know Bama won it with Tua when Saban benched Hurts, but I'm semi glad he shook that off and had a heck of a season at OU. I never thought he'd be this good in the NFL. I'm a Hurts fan but hate the Eagles.
