Mica had 36 in our opener the other night in a loss. Only had two practices together as 5 of our top 7 guys play football and one is coming off a patella tear. Mica didn't have a his best game overall though. Had some uncharacteristic TOs.
Watching Cade a Phillips that plays for UT and thinking back to when Mica played against him a few times when he was in HS. Have film of them playing. He is a great kid. Their team won back to back state championships. Mica averaged about 18 pts and 6 asts against them as an 8th and 9th grader.
Thank you guys for giving me a place to be a dad. As his coach, I can't brag on him or talk about him much for obvious reasons.
