If you were moving to a town in Kentucky and had a budding 10-yr old boy with a passion for basketball, which towns/school systems and/or high school coaches would be on your short list.
Caveat, you prefer a more rural area or small town, with a community that supports local youth basketball. Not Lexington, Louisville, Bowling Green, Paducah, Owensboro, nor just across river from Cincinnati.
