I am a big Cards fan. This guy had all the tools to be a star in baseball. That is not important though. Sadly, a 22 and 18 year old have had their lives ended far too soon. RIP to Oscar and his girlfriend, Edilia.

I am a Cards fan by association (best friend is a huge Cards fan) and I am very sad to hear this news. Taveras was a blast to watch and had a ton of upside. Would like to see Fox do some sort of tribute to him in the next game, a bit more than just an announcement like last night (though I understand why they were only able to do that much).
