The latest article from ESPN includes conversation between FBI and Auburn's president. It sounds like that after 3 years of video and wire taps that Pearl did not know.
You know in their attempt to get everyone involved that somewhere in this 3 year window these undercover FBI agents had to ask about the head coaches.
I'm not trying to cover for anyone, and certainly not Pitino. (He can only play the 'I didn't know so many times.') But, this part of the investigation needs to be made public. Schools and NCAA can decide later about "Failure to Monitor." Guilty or innocent, Miller, Pearl, Enfeld, and the others deserve that part of the recordings to be made public. The FBI made plenty other information public.
The University Presidents will have access to everything involving their schools. I guess we'll find out based on their decisions.
