We have a dang good kicker. I wish he had another year of eligibility. We were embarrassingly bad last year to the point we couldn’t even kick an extra point. Hopefully we can grab somebody like him in the portal next year. Our #1 ranked kicker recruits never pan out and are just wasted scholarships. Kicker and RB have been our two bright spots.

We have an offensive line that are quick starters. Oftentimes too fast.

Good point, our snappers are much better this year as well. However, Ruffalo struggled last year and often kicked it way too low just asking for it to be blocked. Strange because he was decent the year prior to that.

I’d argue that his confidence was shot with knowing that there was a 50 percent chance that it would be a bad snap. He was pretty darn good the year before.

I think the snap and hold issues really got in his head last year.
