i'm not calling you a liar, but this reads like a fake story to me. any self-respecting kansas fan would know not to even think about raising the issue of national titles when addressing a uk fan.

Kansas fans have a major complex because they are in one of the most awkward positions in all of sports.

Name another program or franchise with the amount of history as Kansas that is also extremely limited where people generally measure success.

Had they not got freakishly lucky in 2008......whew. I know Kansas fans think to themselves every day how lucky they are to have just 3. And that feeds into the complex.

And this needs to be explained by @khuff80. He said all of this old stuff never really happened and it's irrelevant. What about crap honorary banners that were never won on the court?

Sorry I only stopped there at the hotel for the night on my way to Mackinac or Mackinaw (whatever its called) Island, Michigan. It was a nice hotel in Dayton called Drury Inn. Went to Mackinac for a few days, just something diff to do. I have family close by, is that ok?

Hey now, don't be knocking Tulsa. I've lived there. I tell people you wouldn't want to vacation there, but it's a great place to live. I wouldn't think twice about moving back given a good opportunity.

So using your logic and arbitrary cut off dates, Kansas really only had one title in your mind, and even that one is going on 10 years old. So to answer the question you wont, I'll tell my son kansas has never won a title. Too lonf ago to matter. Works for me

Well, I guess it may have been ok when you lived there, but their murder rate is 3 times the national average, and crime in general is out of control

I know, it does sound bad that I could have been vacationing in Dayton, OH..lol It was just funny with the Kansas fan. He said he was a Kansas fan, and my wife said Kansas??? why?? And he held up 5 fingers and said we have 5 championships...lol I just had to keep my mouth shut, then I told him Self should have a lot more, but you get knocked out too early all the time. But he was a decent guy though and wasn't obnoxious or anything.
