Not what I said at all, nothing to do with recruiting, both were/are detrimental to UK basketball. Give Billy G and Cal the same talent and Billy would out coach Cal drunk or sober.

I am still a 9-10 but I just try not to get so pissed when we lose in the regular season now. Now, I stay chill unless we are playing UL, IU, Duke or Kansas. It all changed when I would see teams that had played like crap all year but make a big run in the tournament. My wife would say "see? You sweat it out all season long, when the only thing that really matters is the tournament.". She was right and I keep my cool much more often now. Make the tournament and then we will see.

Interesting question. It’s way less now but I’m old with kids now so it’s to be expected. I said in years past that I hate the 1 and done. You don’t get to watch these kids grow and mature. It was ok I guess in ‘12 because we were so good but with mediocre teams, I just don’t care much. To be honest, I’d love Kentucky to get top 75 kids, develop them and watch them stay for 3-4 years. I think we’d have a better program and I’d be more interested
