That house is located in PRP. I first saw it about 5 years ago. Not aware of any vandalism. There used to be another near L&N Cardinal Stadium that I would walk by if I parked at the National Guard Armory. Just a risky thing to do while living in the same city as your rival. Sport's fans can be idiots to other fans regardless of the team. I've heard of people getting their cars damaged in parking lots at road games because of their team stuff on it. I'd keep it simple with like a flag. That house is ridiculous.
