From what I understand, Chin Coleman is in charge of defense. If so, he needs to be gone. (I only have one contact who is directly related to the program, and he says Coleman is worthless) While the buck stops with Cal, the UK defense was totally atrocious. Whoever is primarily responsible there should already be looking for a job. Other than that, I am not sure what each assistant is in charge of. But, it seems to me there needs to be some change. Those more in the know can probably add more than me.
OK, so Cal is Staying; What about Assistants?
