Yeah cause all the former Dookies doing color commentary on ESPN is such a joy to behold. This reminds me....I REALLY REALLY don't miss Jimmy Dikes and his stupid catch phrases.
FAIL.

i miss him too. he was like our mascot. he was a likable guy who seemed like someone i'd enjoy having a beer with while watching the game. i wonder what section of the plane he has us sitting in this year.Ha, IDC what anyone says.. I miss Dykes calling our games. He was kind of our own Dickie V, always pumping our team up. He knew the game well, which puts him past half the announcers out there, right off the bat.
Yeah that flop was a bit rough. Damn freshman. Needs to retake flopping 101 again, has to get the basics down.Give the poor kid time. K will have him flopping the right way in no time.
Check out some of the pics from Duke's 2K "championship" today. Ingram is standing behind all the other guys celebrating looking like his pet dog just died. I can sense chemistry issues being a problem this year for Duke.
Gracie Allen is an immense ball-hog, and it's going to be his show this year. Not much room for anyone else to shine when you're given the green light to take 15-20 shots a game. I suspect Murray could score 25 a game if Cal let him, but our guys are learning to play as a team with multiple talented players - because that's what they'll need to do in the NBA.
Um, that was a slip. That was ALL flop, nothing else. The moment the GTown players arm slightly extended, Kennard went down. After years and years of viewing various Duke players doing stuff like this, one MUST assume this is taught by the coaching staff. Although I'd like to call them out for doing so, you gotta admit that it's been pretty effective and has led to much success for the program overall. Ugh.
