I wasn't at the game but you couldn't hear the calls over the television. The same thing happened for most of the game in the home opener. You would think with all the $$ spent on the stadium, they'd figure out and correct their on the field audio issues.

I was at the game, and no, we could not hear the referee. Probably best for him, there were a lot of head scratchers, to put it kindly.

That crew is probably the worst in the SEC. It certainly wasn't one of the top 2 crews. It was a poorly managed game by the officials.

They need to upgrade to wireless. That 100-foot long cord the official drags around always gets damaged and shorts out.

Nope. Ref's mic wasn't working, nobody in the stands knew what the hell was going on.
