It's really quite remarkable that Pope has milked seven SEC wins out of this injured team. He needs to get SEC coach of the year.

When Amari is locked in mentally, he makes up his lack of athleticism with his versatility. His passing is second to none. I think he is the best passing big man in the country.

We only shot 3 less in the 2nd half. Difference was we made them. 33% in the 1st. 50% in the 2nd. Difference was defense and rebounding.

Conversely, people have been dogging him all season, being out of control was one of the criticisms. There's two sides to every perspective. No one said he isn't doing great.
