UK has hit there ceiling under Stoops. We are a lot better than we use to be but will never be any better. Heupel in 2 years has surpassed what Stoops can do in a decade. That is fair. It is the difference between good and great. The thing is that can be fixed. Physical tools wise he has it which is why regardless he will be a first round pick.
