Official UK vs Mizzou Game Thread

Didn't realize that was legal anywhere on the field. Glad that's in our favor, but why is that different there than anywhere else on the field?

Anyone know the reasoning behind that?
 
No player shall grab the inside collar of the back or the side of the shoulder pads or jersey, or grab the jersey at the name plate or above, and pull the runner toward the ground. This does not apply to a runner who is in the tackle box or to a quarterback who is in the pocket.
Apparently it's legal on RB's in the tackle box too. That doesn't make a lick of sense. But oh well. Seems like one of those rules that exists to piss off the team it occurs to though.
