Stoops is in year number 11 and is a defense first HC. This defense is beyond pathetic.

I’ll give Stoops the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the defense, but this crew seems WOEFULLY short on talent. I don’t know if it’s bad recruiting or horrible talent evaluation, but this seems like MAC-level talent.
