It’s simple play the best players that game. And so far it’s not Edwards. He may come around but he’s not a starter and he’s not an upperclassman. How he starts and it doesn’t affect a guy playing much better than him I have no clue.

Bunch of people who don’t understand shooting is streaky by nature. The overall percentage doesn’t mean they shoot that every game. Stats even out over time. Even Steph Curry has O’fer games and he’s the greatest shooter of all time.
His victory over Kentucky came because of a bad call on a Tayshaun Prince blocked shot.

If we don’t jump at EVERYTHING on defense in the 2nd half, we’ll double the lead at the 5 minute mark and get the walk ons in and let them loose to see if they can build the lead.

Jay Williams is an ass. But I will say, I went to watch UK play Duke at the meadowlands and he might be one of the top 5 college guards I’ve seen in person. Dude was a killer.
He’s still better as the 2 or 3 IMO. His passing ability at the other spots makes us even deadlier and you can’t give up space to anyone on the court with him there. He is a hell of a luxury to have as a PG in a game where both our guards got ticky tack fouls early.
