Poythress is doing great on defense. If only he could also get the offensive game going for himself.
Willis playing the best on defense other than Alex should tell you something about this game.
Nobody since he's the only one ever shooting.
Yet another game where we come out playing stupid and not running any plays. Either the players are dumb or Cal can't coach. It's one of the two or possibly both. It's like this on the road every year except the ones where we are just totally dominant.
If we can get through the 1st half I think the 2nd half the boys will settle down and pull this out.
It will take Lee and Skal being confined to a wheelchair before Cal plays Wynyard
Auburn player falls in his tushy.. So call a foul on Poythress well after the fact.
Not that I want Briscoe shooting FTs, but he is getting hammered on his drives.
Agree, but he needs to learn how to stay on a damn 3 point shooter
Hard to crush Willis on that 3. He should have rotated a little quicker, but he sprinted with high hands on the rotation off the trap.
auburn getting away with some hacks. Poythress fouled on that up and under. Willis fighting hard for rebounds and got good weakside block. And I don't know how many blocks they have given Poythress credit for but I have seen at least 3.
